I had a 1984 hatch back auto,ac,and had the right tuning that gave me 53 mpg on the hiway. I now have a 1996 Tercel Sedan and it has an 4 speed automatic with ac, this car gets 48 MPG. These are great cars, I thing they made them too good. If you are looking for a compact car that gets great gas milage then this is the car for you.
