TOYOTA TERCEL DX 4D
| | Model of the car: | TOYOTA TERCEL DX 4D | | | General comments: | The tercel was our first car when we bought it in 1995. It has been a fantastic car for us. Besides the regular oil and filter and tune-up at 30 000, 60 000 miles, we haven't spent a dime on repair in six years and now 85 000 miles. It's a good looking car and even though it isn't very fast, it compensates by being reliable. The front is quite roomy for this little compact, even compared to its bigger sister the Corolla. The back is a place where only children are allowed. We never regretted buying this vehicule. We intend to keep it until it dies, and to this day it performs like the first day. | | | What things have gone wrong with the car: | Power feels a little weak if you slam on the gas. The rear is worthy of a real sports car. The trunk is average. Road noise is high on the freeway | | | Previous car: | I had the opportunity to drive a Ford Focus and a Saturn while miner body repair were getting done on our Tercel on two occasions and felt cramped in those two vehicules. I couldn't wait to get back in our tercel. |
