| | Model of the car: | Toyota Tercel DX Liftback | | | General comments: | This automatic model was originally my mother's car and has been in the family since new. It is very practical, economical and still runs very well after some 200,000 km. or 124,000 miles. It is cheap to insure and repacement parts are no problem. I t has been regularly serviced and Mobil 1 10W30 seems to agree with it as oil consumption is very low. | | | What things have gone wrong with the car: | The only real drawback is a lack of power but the car still is capable of over 150 kph or 90 mph. It is also noisy at highway speeds with the 3 speed automatic. |
